A record 342,000 homes received notices of default, auction notices, or were being repossessed in April, numbers were up from the previous March record. In the U.S. one out of every 374 homes has received a foreclosure notice, there were 63,900 bank repossessions, which is the last part of the process. Over 1.3 million homes have been foreclosed..
